Thumb Carpometacarpal Arthroplasty with Ligament Reconstruction and Tendon Interposition Using Flexor Carpi Radialis Tendon and a Tenodesis Screw
This video shows the surgical technique for thumb carpometacarpal arthroplasty with ligament reconstruction and tendon interposition using flexor radialis tendon. A tenodesis screw is used to improve fixation of FCR tendon into the first metacarpal bone.
